Friday Night Dinner Ride - Rudy's Country Store

Make plans to join your Panther Creek Family for dinner at Rudy's Country Store and BBQ in Allen.  As usual, w\e will gather in the parking lot of Black Gold Harley David at 6:30 for a safety brief and discussion of the route (please arrive earlier to cehck in and mingle).  

Rudy's was founded in the 1800s  when Rudolph Aue opened a one-stop gas station, garage, and grocery store in Leon Springs (just north of San Antonio).  This was such a deal at the time, it changed the cityscape of the small community.  Bar-B-Q was added to the operation in 1989, and Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q has been serving up tasty food ever since. Now boasting stores across the state, we will be visitin the one in Allen.  While some Rudy's stores are open for take out only, the Allen location is open for business and looking forward to serving us, so you don't have to get it to go and risk making your saddle bags smelling like BBQ for a month . . . not that that would be a bad thing. . . .

A few reminders for this week:  

(1) The Director's ride is next week  (Oct. 22 - Oct. 25) 

(2)  The Haunted HOG challenge is back and this year it is better than ever.  Ghost towns abound in north Texas, can you find them and become a "GHOSTE RIDER"?  $15 per participant.

(3)  We are holdilng our first ever PCH Halloween Party and Ride In Movie on Oct. 31st.  Make plans to attend.
