You asked for new locations, you get new locations.  Actually, I think we need to give a shout out to Richard and Tina for this one, they reconoitered the place and reported all is good on the Cajun front, and Richard would know.  We got him to Texas and we are teaching him a proper Texas drawl but if you listen closely there is some Southern Louisiana still in there.  The really great news is this place wants us, so let's show up and let them know how we roll.  It is not a short ride so be on time or you will be in the last pod, arriving about the time I sink my tastebuds into those oysters in the picture above and I cannot promise I will save you any, I will try but . . .

If you must cage there, please do not arrive before 7:45.  For those making the trek in a pod there will be ride tickets and a safety talk at 6:30 so show up at the designated location (face it, at this point we think it will be the new shop but no one knows; Paul is being tight-lipped on the new shop opening date).  So, until further notice, keep your eyes and ears open for more details.
